Milling Equipment for the Agrochemicals Industry

Bradley’s pendulum roller mills are the standard choice in the agrochemical industry because of their utility across a wide spectrum of applications from fertilizer to insecticides.  For example, potassium and phosphate rich rocks are pulverized in Bradley mills for acidulation when manufacturing superphosphate fertilizers like SSP and TSP.  When pulverizing dolomite rock for manufacturing C.A.N. fertilizer, product temperature is critical to control throughout the process which is accommodated in Bradley mills as well.

Bradley mills have been used for non-fertilizer agrochemical processing such as grinding sulfur for use in sulfuric acid, fungicide, and insecticide manufacturing.  In the case of potassium sulfate manufacturing, you will find Bradley mills at the end of the process providing de-agglomeration of product prior to packaging.

Environmental Benefits – The overdriven design of Bradley mills contributes to several benefits in energy and cost savings such as less maintenance, lower power requirements, lower costs per ton, and overall lower running costs.
